How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
My credit card was declined, but I know I am up to date on my payments! |

Our creit card transactions are reviewed and authorized by Authorize.net, one of the largest on line credit card payment processors.
1. Make sure your name, address etc are exactly as they appear on your credit card billing statement.
2. Make sure that your CVV2 number is correct! This is the 4-6 digit number that is printed in small letters on your credit card that is requested in addition to the long multi digit number that is stamped on your card. Since the CVV2 number is printed in small characters, it is sometimes misread. If your CVV2 number is wrong, even though the rest of your info is correct, your request will be declined.
3. Supply your correct email address. We need this to verify your order. |
How do I edit my account information? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. |
How much is my shipping? |
|
Shipping cost is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be given your total shipping cost. |
I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
